Enormous response by retrieving feedback 'in the moment' very quickly and in the right tone of voice!

Tribe Company, a full-service entertainment company, treated millions of Dutch people to three musical evenings with The Streamers during the lockdown period. After each live stream, viewers received an e-mail asking them to share their experiences. With the help of Abbi's chatsurvey, band manager Frank Lammers looked back on the musical performance together with visitors and collected feedback for follow-up editions. Evaluating, enriching profiles and collecting opt-ins for follow-up communication is not only fast and effective for Tribe Company, but also a fun and personal experience for the viewers!

Within days of the livestreams ending, more than 50,000 people gave their opinion on The Streamers. An enormous reach! Because of this fast data collection method, the information was immediately used for follow-up editions of The Streamers. Moreover, it yielded valuable profile data for even more relevant and personalised communication with visitors in the future, based on their interests and (music) preferences.
