That is why Marco and CM.com joined forces in 2018 and founded Abbi. Marco and CM.com are connected by 20 years of experience in market research, mobile conversational technology and entrepreneurship.
The Abbi webchat platform is developed in-house, with smart integration of CM.com products, such as iDEAL payment solutions, a customer data platform, ticketing solutions and SMS activation.
Technology is only one of the two drivers behind Abbi. The second and much more visible is the Abbi team, which consists of a mix of talented enthusiastic researchers, (online) marketing specialists and web developers.
