The founding of Abbi

Abbi stands for Automated Behavioral Business Intelligence and was devised and developed by Marco Wolters, based on the belief that mobile survey and marketing activation tooling can only be innovated in partnership with a strong innovative mobile tech partner. That is why Marco and CM.com joined forces in 2018 and founded Abbi. Marco and CM.com are connected by 20 years of experience in market research, mobile conversational technology and entrepreneurship.

The Abbi webchat platform is developed in-house, with smart integration of CM.com products, such as iDEAL payment solutions, a customer data platform, ticketing solutions and SMS activation.

Technology is only one of the two drivers behind Abbi. The second and much more visible is the Abbi team, which consists of a mix of talented enthusiastic researchers, (online) marketing specialists and web developers.
